Q1. Why is pre-order necessary?


Sometimes products do run out of stocks, for example, products that are new, high-priced or hot selling items.  In this case, SUPERBICYCLE.SHOP have the pre-order platform exclusively established for members.  We just want to make sure you get what you want.  
 

Q2 How do I pre-order?


The shopping process is the same as regular shopping.  You may order pre-ordered products and regular products at the same time.  You may check the status of pre-ordered products at order search once you place a pre-order.  
 

Q3 When will I receive my pre-order products?


It takes usually 10~60 days to deliver for general goods.  In general, SUPERBICYCLE.SHOP places orders to suppliers and manufacturers every Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).  A note is included in the product description stating how many days it takes for the goods to arrive. A notice will be sent once the goods arrive.
 

Q4 Can I cancel a pre-order?


1. For example, say you place a pre-order on Tuesday, and you may cancel it by Sunday at the latest.  

2. The pre-order cannot be cancelled once the product is ordered from the supplier/manufacturer.  However, SUPERBICYCLE.SHOP may cancel the pre-order if another member is interested in buying the same product.
 

Q5.Should buyer have to pay in advance for pre-order?


Yes, the buyer needs to pay for the pre-order item when they placed an order, Seller will send item out once the item arrived, and notice the buyer immediately.
